My mission is to empower people and teams by unlocking their potential in order to drive sustainable improvement and achieve better outcomes.

With a background as a headteacher, local authority adviser, and executive leader, I bring deep insight into organisational change, team dynamics, and strategic leadership — grounded in practical experience and a common-sense approach. My extensive career gives me a unique breadth and depth of knowledge that allows me to quickly understand complex challenges and deliver tailored, impactful solutions. It’s this combination of lived experience and strategic clarity that sets me apart.

In education, I deliver bespoke consultancy as a school improvement partner and coaching that challenges, supports, and accelerates progress. I have a proven track record of leading rapid improvements, enhancing outcomes, and building capacity at every level.

I'm a skilled facilitator and trainer, delivering a range of bespoke programmes with leaders and teams.
