School Improvement

Service Description

As a school improvement partner, I work closely with schools to unlock leadership potential at every level, sustain and elevate high performance and drive forward rapid, measurable improvements to secure excellent outcomes for all. Work typically includes: Specialist reviews and quality assurance work covering whole-school and subject-specific curriculum reviews, as well as SEND, Pupil Premium, Early Years, Behaviour, Personal Development and Governance reviews, including Governor training. I provide leadership development and coaching through executive and middle leadership programmes, mentoring, and one-to-one support for teachers and leaders. Additionally, I support school improvement activities such as curriculum development and innovation, inspection preparation including mock inspections and headteacher performance management appraisal.
