The leadership coaching I experienced with Michele led me to truly progress my effectiveness as a leader; working with her gave me the courage to seek holistic feedback from others and the tools to work out what it meant and how I might respond. The coaching sessions were both challenging and supportive in the right measure, allowing me to explore issues in a range of ways. Her thoughtful listening and questioning empowered me to find my own resolutions leading to positive change. It would be a lie to say the coaching was easy, I was really made to think-she didn't let me off the hook...in a good way! However, the conversations were powerful and the impact meaningful for my future practice. I am a more aware and reflective leader as a result of my coaching experience with Michele.
